Printing Order Submission Checklist

  1. Provide PDFs for each page in file indicate head or top of page when back up is unique.
  2. Include all fonts (printer and screen).
  3. Raster images (photos) should be at appropriate resolution (at least 300 dpi) when placed.
  4. Resolution for vector (line art or text) should be at least 800 dpi.
  5. When printing in 4/color process, convert all RGB images to CMYK.
  6. Create PDF's in all black or CMYK mode.
  7. Designate all spot colors consistently throughout document (same color, same name).
  8. Create all files at final trim size; do not place in larger document.
  9. Add bleeds where applicable.
  10. Include all spot varnish files where applicable.
  11. Include all die strike files where applicable.

Submit an order for 1, 2, 3, or 4-color process offset printing, variable printing, digital printing, or large format printing to be completed at the Printing Services main facility. A printing consultant will contact you to discuss the most economical and effective approach for completing your project.
